Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm

About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Account Handler to join our thriving team in Worcester. In this key role, you’ll manage and develop a diverse portfolio of commercial insurance clients, providing expert advice and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a portfolio of commercial clients, across various sectors
  • Handling renewals, mid-term adjustments, and new business quotes
  • Liaising with insurers to secure competitive terms
  • Accurate preparation and issuance of policy documentation
  • Ensuring compliance with FCA regulations
  • Supporting Account Executives administratively and technically
  • Identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling
  • Building strong, trusted client relationships

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ commercial insurance handling experience
  • Strong knowledge of UK commercial insurance products
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and organisation
  • Familiarity with Acturis (preferred but not essential)
  • Cert CII qualification or progress towards it (desirable)
