About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Account Handler to join our thriving team in Worcester. In this key role, you’ll manage and develop a diverse portfolio of commercial insurance clients, providing expert advice and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a portfolio of commercial clients, across various sectors
- Handling renewals, mid-term adjustments, and new business quotes
- Liaising with insurers to secure competitive terms
- Accurate preparation and issuance of policy documentation
- Ensuring compliance with FCA regulations
- Supporting Account Executives administratively and technically
- Identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling
- Building strong, trusted client relationships
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ commercial insurance handling experience
- Strong knowledge of UK commercial insurance products
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and organisation
- Familiarity with Acturis (preferred but not essential)
- Cert CII qualification or progress towards it (desirable)
