As Head of Operations for our dynamic Insurance Group, you’ll spearhead critical operational functions, powering growth across our insurance broking and compliance consultancy divisions. You’ll lead a high-performing team, driving strategic projects, system migrations, and acquisition integrations, turning ambitious business strategies into tangible, impactful results.
What you’ll own:
Translating strategic visions into operational reality.
Leading a talented team, managing key projects, system migrations, and integrations.
Championing continuous improvement, streamlined processes, and robust systems.
Ensuring operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
Collaborating closely with senior leadership, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
Your toolkit:
Proven leadership experience, ideally in insurance or financial services.
Expertise in large-scale operational projects, integrations, and system migrations.
Exceptional strategic vision coupled with practical, hands-on delivery.
Strong interpersonal skills; adept at navigating complexity and ambiguity.
Familiarity with platforms like Acturis, SchemeServe, and Monday.com (preferred).
