Rewarding Recruitment

Our No More Tears programme runs at a similar cost to other recruitment companies – but with a higher personal reward for you and your new recruit.

With a placement fee of 15% of the vacancy’s annual salary role, this fee is split across three areas:

  • A £500 donation to the referred charity.
  • Investment in candidates training, upskilling, travel costs, etc.
  • Funding our recruitment process.
